About the Course

Most men want to lead well. The problem is nobody taught them how. Forged Leadership is a self-paced course built by Men’s Alliance to fix that. In four modules, you’ll learn how to lead yourself through spiritual and physical discipline, lead your family with humility and courage, lead your Tribe through encouragement, delegation, and communication, and lead other leaders by training your replacement and building something that outlasts you. This is built from 20 years of military leadership experience and years of sharpening men around the fire. Every lesson is taught by David “Goose” Mills, MA Founder and Director, and grounded in scripture, real-world experience, and the kind of honest truth that men need to hear. Whether you’re a brand-new Tribesman or a seasoned leader, this course will challenge you, sharpen you, and equip you to become the husband, father, and leader God designed you to be. 

David "Goose" Mills

David “Goose” Mills is the Founder and Director of Men’s Alliance, a Christ-centered brotherhood of men who gather weekly around fires to sharpen each other through rugged workouts, real devotions, and unfiltered accountability. Goose served 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he learned that leadership isn’t about rank or title. It’s about humility, example, and courage. After retiring from the military, he founded Men’s Alliance with a simple mission: sharpening men to become the husbands, fathers, and leaders God designed them to be. He is the author of Answer with Truth: The Ambassador’s Field Manual for Leading Your Family Spiritually, and the host of the Men’s Alliance Podcast. Goose lives in Virginia with his wife Kerry and is the father of two grown sons.

The best way to take this course is to take your time.
